Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations requested after the order has been processed or shipped cannot be accommodated.
A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be applied for administrative costs.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever comes first. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
For exchanges, any additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information may be the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
Refunds for buyer’s remorse are allowed; in such cases, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
All refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items to ensure they meet return conditions.
4. Exceptions

Items that are in transit, pre-order, or custom-made cannot be returned unless defective.

Packages marked as delivered and not lost are generally not eligible for refunds.

Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs detentions, are non-refundable.
5. International Orders
Customs duties or import taxes may apply. Returns or refunds due to customs charges or shipping fees are generally not accepted.
